In its first year of operation (2016),  and with just two shows in the books, Brave Combat Federation has earned the attention and respect of numerous fight fans all over the globe!

It is with great pride that we announce to all our fans that Brave Combat Federation fighter Elias Boudegzdame has been presented with the prestigious ‘ArabsMMA 2016 Submission of the Year‘Award.

With 10 submissions being nominated from different regional promotions, Boudegzdame’s submission at Brave 2 earned the first place with a notable 61% of accumulated fan votes.

Boudegzdame wasn’t the main fight at Brave 2 “ Dynasty“ in Bahrain but his flawless submission win of Walel Watson in a little less than 2 minutes into the first round certainly left the most lasting impression. Boudegzdame improved his overall record to 13-4 thanks to a perfectly timed Kimura that most fans and critics agreed was a highlight reel quality submission.

“Elias is certainly one of the most talented prospects that we added to our fighter roster. His submission win over a veteran like Walel Watson sent a huge echo in the featherweight division. We are proud of such an achievement, and thankful for ArabsMMA management for this opportunity.” said President Mohammed Shahid.

Coming in second place was also a Brave branded finish. It was the remarkable grappling clinic that Abdulkareem Al Selwady bestowed on Rami Aziz, also ending his fight with a dominant rear naked choke.

These accomplishments are a reflection of hard work from all our staff and fighters to put on the best Mixed Martial Arts shows.

On to 2017 to make more history!
